Understanding Digital Services

BudgChat provides digital AI services that are consumed instantly upon use. Unlike physical products, our services include:

  • AI-powered chat responses generated in real-time
  • Token-based usage that is immediately processed
  • Access to premium AI models (GPT-5, GPT-4.1, etc.)
  • Instant service delivery upon account activation

Refund Policy

Free Trial Period

All new users receive 10,000 free tokens to try our service before any payment is required.

  • No credit card required for trial
  • Full access to all AI models
  • No time limit on trial usage
  • Cancel anytime during trial with no charges

Used Tokens - No Refunds

Tokens that have been consumed cannot be refunded. This includes:

  • AI responses generated for your prompts
  • Tokens used for any AI model interactions
  • Processing fees for completed transactions
  • Tokens consumed from your monthly allocation

Reason: Digital AI services are delivered and consumed instantly upon request.

Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription mid-cycle:

  • Unused portion will be refunded pro-rata based on remaining days
  • Refund calculated from cancellation date to end of billing period
  • Used tokens are deducted from refund amount
  • Minimum refund threshold: $1.00

Example Calculation:

• Monthly subscription: $3.00

• Cancelled on day 15 of 30-day cycle

• Remaining days: 15 days

• Pro-rata refund: $1.50

• Less any tokens used beyond free allocation

Returns Policy

As a digital service provider, traditional "returns" don't apply to our AI services. However, we offer:

Account Restoration

Exchange Policy

While we don't offer traditional exchanges, we provide flexible options:

Model Switching

Switch between AI models (GPT-5, GPT-4.1, GPT-4o, etc.) anytime without additional charges, subject to your subscription limits.

Plan Upgrades/Downgrades

Change your subscription plan anytime. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
